LAURIE KNOTT
Laurie Knott is an artist based in Glasgow, who studied at the Glasgow School of Art. His work is largely based in moving image but his practice includes sculpture, performance and community art.
He has shown his work in Glasgow, London, Munich and Oslo.
Knott received a funding award from the Glasgow Festival 2026 for the work Meet Me In The Centre (2026)

Fish Heaven (2024) is an interactive sculptural work. Inisde the head of a large mackerel fish is a sound piece featuring God talking to a fish who has recently been caught. Audience members can put their head inside the fish’s mouth to hear God’s description of fish heaven.
